AI Inspired Work

An object was created to represent the word “referencing”, drawing from a former precedent study on the Venturi House. This project placed emphasis on learning that design is an iterative process through the completion of three models scaled up each time. The final model can be broken down into 3”x3”x3” squares, where each square references one or more different verbs or a reference towards the Venturi House. The additional verbs were derived from additional precedent studies. These verbs include striping, intersecting, puncturing, multiplying, removing, nesting, dividing, texturing, arraying, shifting, carving, rotating, splitting, and framing.
